Josh Knowles is a production designer and curator for film, live art and theatre events. He is primarily interested in the "Low- brow" and "Low-Fi" ephemera of pop culture. Using the rhetoric of comic books, B movies, Music Hall, street art and theatre he mixes the mediums of film installation, performance and illustration to explore the themes in his work.

Since 2008 Josh has designed and managed events for the artists Gavin Turk and Deborah Curtis and their educational arts project The House Of Fairy Tales.
